Hey.

Once again,its been a while. Time flies and look at the date.Just a few more days to your's truly's birthday. I really dont know how to react to it,birthdays doesn't seem fun as it was during i was a kid. Well, I'm still a kid now,but half of me isn't looking forward to it. Perhaps its just maturity,or perhaps,its just that i hate the feeling of getting old. I wanna be like PeterPan, i never wanna grow up.But sadly,its Friday that im gonna start going through my very last year as a teenager. After that,no more teen for me. Yet i feel very young at heart.

Since im so free now,how about i blog out my wishlist here? hahahaha

The Beginning..

I still remember the first day i had my own guitar,I was a total noob. I cant press the notes properly, every time I strum it will sound pretty weird and I kept thinking that guitars are just not for me cause during that time,I was so enthusiastic towards drumming.But then,day by day, things started to change. As I was usually bored at home,there's nothing much I could do. If I could afford a drumset, I would have played it every single day. So that just leaves me and the guitar. I practiced almost everyday and slowly i started to fall in love with it. I gave her a name, Isabella , and i took care of it even though she doesnt produce the best sound. I started to wrote songs with her,do stupid recordings with her in the toilet as if its my studio,and also brought her along to meet my friends.

Till now,i still keep on practicing,and im still not even close to a pro.But what's more important is the passion we both share,the passion for music. Everytime i wrote a song,i recorded it just for the sake of me listening to it on my own and dont share them with my friends.Well of course,I'm shy to what others might think.Plus,i dont think my voice is pleasant to listen to after all,and so i kept it to myself for my own entertainment.

And to this day,i tend to get envied by those who gets popular just through Youtube. I decided to share songs with my friends during our chilling sessions and Im glad most of them like it. Some kept telling me to go for recordings at studios but i kept having the thought that i couldnt make it. Adding to that,recording at studios demands a big sum of fee,so i thought,that could wait till a real opportunity comes. Some also said to start posting on Youtube cause its free,but i kept having low self esteem towards my voice and the way i play my guitar.

But now, I have decided to give it a try. I marked on my calendar the date as if its my own anniversary with my hot red guitar,Isabella. Its my first try to publicise my so-called talent in the Internet. My first step to know what others think about me.
And of course, my first step to be a Rockstar. HAHAHA

So the date is given, 8 September 2010,also known as, 8-9-10.The start of my journey has begun. Its a one shot,one opportunity, to seize everything that i ever wanted. hahaha.

Hello.

So i guess holidays are pretty insane after all.I havent been doing much,and adding to that,its Ramadhan now.I've been fasting since the first day,guess Im matured enough now,haha.I've come to realize that,fasting is actually easy,its a mind over body issue.And so,to guys who actually doesnt fast,excluding people serving the nation,is just pathetic you see.But i dont really mind anyway,cause it isnt my problem.

Anyway,maybe some of you might have known or heard that i recently got into a bike accident.Yeah,the bruises are kinda bad actually,should have took some photos.Its causing me unable to walk like a normal human being for these past few days.Sometimes i do get irritated by my conditions cause it feels like,im terribly useless,i cant do shits in the house.Okay,enough of my emo moments,story of my life aye?haha.

Well,my first ever polytechnic's examinations is gonna be just next week.I have promise myself to study and revise during this YOG term break but i've merely started it just 2 days ago.I know im putting myself in deep shit,digging my own grave.But what to do,im already am lazy in person,plus the accident i had,just brings the mood down every time i tried to open a book.So i guess i'll just have to hope and pray,with of course a lil bit of effort,that i wont have to repeat any modules.There are choices in life,and since i've chosen it to be this way,i have to face the shits that are coming.

Love-life wise,i dont know whether to have a partner for Raya this year,or maintain solo.I dont wanna rush things.I hate rushing.Reminds me of my manager at my workplace,we call him Rush-Man cause he's always rushing over nothing.Well,i think i'll take my own time for this.

I fucking cant accept the fact that the weekend is ending and that tomorrow is back to school...So much for getting good grades in ITE and the super looking forward for poly back then..now, i miss my holidays already..its true what a friend of mine said,poly is like every kid's dream to be at,but once you're in,its boring behind closed doors...okay maybe im not thinking positively,or maybe im not looking at the fact that i still have CCAs or other activities to enjoy to..but still,spending hours trying to absorb stupid lectures is one hell of a time..

They also wrote about the dress code for the ceremony,formal wear,long sleeve collared shirt and long pants...Its even stated that those with jeans,slippers blah blah blah or long,dyed hair is not allowed into the auditorium...WHAT THE FUCK, I thought we graduated already...I've already thrown my formal pants,looks like i gotta get a new one...And i even thought of having blue highlights for my hair,i guess i have to wait then...

Im sorry for not updating for about 2 weeks already...I've been busy,way way busy...And sometimes,i feel like blogging,but i just have no idea on what to blog about..so here i am now,i'll just update on whats on and whats not in my life now...

hmmm,a tough one though...i have never been so depressed and stressed out like since O level period and im facing them lately these past few days...Hell yeah,im looking forward to Poly... But its enrollment procedures could have killed every cell in my brains..I rushed for documents to be filled and signed,search around for people to borrow me cash to pay for my first semester fees,thinking day and night on how the hell am i gonna get the cash to get a new laptop for school and even my school books..the time is passing by so quickly,datelines here and there to catch...

You guys wont understand,to say that im financially unstable would be an understatement.. Lets just say,you may see me wearing branded clothings or whatsoever,have the cash to club or even get wasted,but thats just me..I dont know why,im not that save-money-for-future-use guy.. yeah i admit,i like to spend money on unimportant stuffs..all i can say is,that's just me...

And now the story is,some of you might have heard that i got my $500 bursary award..Let me tell you what happened with the cash,i spent 100 bucks on myself and you dont need to know what i spent it on,another 5o bucks i gave it to my sister as a birthday present...and as i was living in Bedok for the past few days,my sister and brother in law had quarrels here and there and there's this point of time when they are in the midst of having a divorce..And there's one time when they really gonna divorce as my bro-in-law pawned his wedding ring as he really needs the cash for the family's groceries including the baby's product and stuff..that's when they had a big fight and i stepped in..i decided to let them borrow 300 bucks from me as to pawn back the wedding ring and use the rest for the family groceries or whatsoever...

Thats when i was being lectured by mum when i reached home as she said why im being such a busybody entering people's life and shit..so i told her the whole story and stuff and she said this is one problem about me,i keep helping other people but never think of helping myself first...yeah i help them,but now,im stuck and finding people to borrow me cash for my semester fees..good job eh Andy...

And now i just got myself to blame...im so mad and angry,not at my sister or bro-in-law,but at myself..i dont know whats got into me..im so pissed...and i just dont know why...

For now,i have to go..i havent slept the whole night thinking of this shit,and now,i have to get up and get ready for my Poly induction program later on..

anyway,i actually wanted to blog about what happened just now...a few hours ago..to be specific,around 10.10pm..

I was in my 963 bus from school to home..and i was just a few stops away from my drop...i was sitting on the second last row to the right if you were facing the back of the bus..to my right is a couple,a malay couple,probably around their teenage years..i was sitting alone and getting ready to drop already..

just the stop before mine,which was at Bukit Panjang C.C,the couple stood and wanted to alight..now this is the dramatic part...

when they moved,i glanced at their seats and i saw a NutriTea drink box left,probably littered by them..but that wasnt just what i saw,i took a second look,and there was a cellphone..

yerp,a cellphone..a red one,either the Nokia E63 or the Samsung which looks the same as the first mentioned,or perhaps even a Blackberry...im not really sure,its not like i have the time to check it out..hahaha

and then,that moment began..the clock is ticking and my eyes was all set on the phone..half of my mind filled with devils telling me to keep it,while the other half is full of angels asking me to return it to the owner..im struck with dilemma,as God laid down 2 choices for me,to have a new cellphone for myself and throwing away this spoilt LCD screen Sony Ericsson of mine and at the same time,having someone really hurt of losing a cellphone which of course,is a privacy tool nowadays,or i could even return it back to the owner,not wanting any favour in return,just to make them happy and realize that there are kind souls out there who doesnt look kind..hahaha

As i wasnt left with enough time,i stood up and grab it,walk ahead to the front,tap the guy's shoulder and said,"Dude,your girl left her phone." He just answered "thanks" and gave it to his girlfriend. As they alight,i could see the girlfriend expression showing like,holy shit,thank god i didnt left it behind...She turn to look at me,i just gave a smile and the bus drove off...

Okay here's the part when im sure some of you will say,Shit,what a dickhead or others will praise me for my kindness..But my opinion was,things just happened too fast..i didnt really decide on the choice i wanted to make..somehow,my mind was blank,and someone just controlled me and have that phone returned..Like,after that,after i alighted,i was like thinking to myself,why the fuck i did that for?i mean,ya i admitted it felt good,you know,helping someone and shit,but,dude,my phone is fucking spoilt and i could get a free one just in front of my eyes..but i didnt,i decided to live on with this spoilt current phone of mine..its either i just wanted to help them,or im trying to impress a Minah sitting behind me...YA RIGHT,LOL...

well,looks like they dont call me Superman for nothing after all..hahaha..im not expecting anything in return,its just that,i've created lots of sins,and perhaps this little things you did in life could change you..

So God,i've helped someone today,could you help me by passing my exams and finally get me into a Poly? thats all im asking for...okay maybe with a little more of cash for me to spend in Poly..HAHAHA.. okay Amen...

i know its late and i really have to get my sleep...if not,as usual again,late for school every single day..and did you guys know that i came early for the first time this year on last Wednesday?actually,its by the help of Aziz who fetched me from home to school by his bike..

anyway,i think i flunk my Mechanics class test...Tsk,i dont know what got into me,i was well prepared,i think...i had late night studies with my group and was well confident that i could pass..but i dont know why,probably over confidence..or perhaps,i just need more memorizing... and i think,in the state i am now,im pretty well ready for the exams..AND AND AND,i could finally get into a POLY...YAY ME! it will be a major success to me if i really get into Poly..cause my dad used to said that im like any other ordinary Mats out there,who flunk studies and quit school in an early age..but look at me now,im still maintaining my 3.5 and above GPA...hah,i love proving people wrong...but the only thing im worried for the future is coping with life in Poly,and also its financial requirements such as school fees and stuff,hope it wont be a burden to mum and dad..shit,i really need to cut down on enjoyment..

Firstly of course,i'd love to wish all you kids out there a fucking Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2010!! i had great time on both events thanks to happy friends and party animals...

For Christmas,well,i tonned with the Dover ME1D kids the day before cause they opened a BBQ pit at East Coast and it was so much fun..although i didnt planned to sleep,i had to later in the night cause i was too tired getting high and having stupid sparring matches with Firdaus...hahaha..and on Christmas itself,went to town at night with the 101s and woah,town was fucking packed man after the road closure and shit...everyone was like walking on the road watching the performances and i had imagined if there was a riot there,confirm super chaotic..hahahaha..after walking about town,went to Forum area to play pool which is where i met someone,someone whom i've known since back in primary school,a classmate,and a babe..HAHAHA..it was Zafirah,good friend of mine back then,but here's the thing,she had changed alot,from a babe,to a SUPERMODEL...hahahahha..nah im just exaggerating..she is so fuckin hot now,with the high heels,mini skirt,and of course,i dont know how the hell she grew boobs that big,HAHAHA...we said "Hi" and shook hands but everytime i lay my eyes on her,its like,"daaaaaaaammmmn!"(with the candy shop line accent)...hahahhaha..chibai,now fucking hot,but boyfriend like tanker..hah,fuck him,if we're meant to be then,girl,you and me,we'll meet again someday... =)

now this update is mostly regarding the Blackhole's gig we've played last Saturday...and i have to say,this is the MOST CHAOTIC underground gig we've played for so far..we've never been this high till we turn the crowds crazy..i mean,like how do you know when a gig is in chaos?

Firstly,yeah the bad news first..Fakefish didnt qualify to the finals in the Bandslam Rock Competition at Bugis last Saturday..well,i guess its up to more and more practice again till it reaches perfection..im sorry that i didnt post about this gig here cause i dont want you guys to come even though its a FREE gig..i just dont want you people to be dissapointed knowing that we suck even though its FREE..yeah i know you'll be like,"wtf Andy?you should have invite me cause im sure to come down and support!(Because its FREE)"...after all the gigs i've played,i realized that all you people ever wanted is FREE entrance to the gig and you wont come if you have to buy tickets cause its not FREE..FREE FREE FREE..kiasu people..

hello to everyone...

a summary for the Mini Live Earth Gig....
Firstly,thanks to those who came and support..although it wasnt much of a big deal and everything was well-suckish,i owe you people one man..To Zulliiee and Sydney Long Shi Dong(HAHA),i should have told you guys earlier not to come man but anyway,thanks for making the effort to come..atleast you guys saved 5 bucks,LOL...peeps like Sharin,Munir,Shar,Ameen,Adiboi,Nash and alot alot more,i appreciate your attendance..we had a great time didnt we?haha

okay thats most of the credits,here's the "what happened"..
FIRSTLY,no offence to any of you guys that is in charge or whatsoever cause i frankly speak that,THE SOUND CREW SUCKS BIG TIME...like seriously,they keep showing hand signs to each other like weirdos but it doesnt make much of a difference...ya i know,thanks to you guys for making this gig happened but next time,improvise man...

SECONDLY,THE PLACE SUCK DONKEY ASS..once again,no offence to whoever's in charge,im just commenting to what's the fact..it's a lecture theatre,LECTURE theatre,theres a teacher's desk right in front..i dont want to elaborate on this,just think,LECTURE THEATRE,not AUDITORIUM..

and THIRDLY,my band kinda had a bad day...we were excited about this gig but after we know about reasons one and two stated above,it makes it like just another normal gig,plus,we're the first band to play which made the day worst..and we got to know that they've changed from using amplifiers to normal large black speakers WHICH do not have any built-in distortion..and so everyone with no distortion was like borrowing from one guy,yeah Farhan,thanks alot man,u sure saved us and im sorry to hear about the guitar man..now this is what happened DURING the show,Aziz was so fed up with the sound crew with the ridicuous low volume and showed fuck face..but what ruined his day much more was his guitar straps which keep getting detached from his guitar..that spoilt his mood like alot as i can see it from his face..and he started singing and performing moodlessly..and it wasnt only him,Haziq's guitar straps happened the same too but only once..good for Alif,nothing happened to him or his bass except for the volume..he wanted to crash the stage but after knowing what happened,he just played normally..and as for me,i admit i dropped my drumstick..but it wasnt that obvious..and whats worst for me was,the sound crew told me not to play so loud..PATHETIC OR WHAT?i've been rehearsing and playing with that exact strength and now they tell me to hit those drums like a sissy?wtf's gonna happen to Travis Barker then?but still at the end of the day,i got myself a "Eh bro kau maen drum bagos siol" or translated,"Eh bro you're good in drums siolzxzx"..HAHAHA

at the end of it,thanks to the crowd for shouting encore,and we played another song,which is,Wake Me Up When September Ends..after that,Aziz and Haziq went home straight cause of their curfews..while me,Alif,Shar,Ameen,Munir and Sharin stayed to crash as the audience for the other bands..since it was a bad day,i decided to turn it the other way by being high and loud,supporting the other bands at the same time by singing and clapping along,not forgetting screaming each band members Father's name as they perform and of course,more and more stupid things..in the end,it was a fun night after all,seriously,all the screaming and shit,sehh ka..

okay i dont wanna type much..i've got a project to do..read that,PROJECT...Andy and Projects just dont go together..

oh shit,school's here again...super not looking forward to it cause firstly,im lazy of course and the holiday mood is still here in the rebellious heart of mine..secondly,ive got tons of homeworks and projects that is due this week incomplete..yeah,no one else to blame but me..since the holidays,i got too distracted to having fun and getting wasted..focusing on band related stuffs and tight schedule of outings to here and there left the worksheets given out to rot in my school bag..

and also,i've got quite a sorethroat these few days and i dont know what causes it..to say i smoke,i've been cutting down lately by locking myself at home and not going out which of course,will make me go closer to those buds..and if it wasnt for smoking,please god just please,dont say its a symptom of H1N1..im not worried for the sickness,im worried that i would be quarantine and not make it for the Ngee Ann Poly's gig..this is a must-play-gig in the history of my band..hahaha..yeah yeah,story of my life...

i cant take it anymore cause my mind's been telling me to fucking blog about what fucking happened on this last week of my holidays..

Firstly,went clubbing with Shar and Hansen at The Rupee Room last Thursday..had a blasting time of fun,dancing(& grinding) with girls in the club..HAHAHA..especially this particular girl i can't seem to forget cause maybe she had a so-called "spell" on her ass which makes me keep thinking of her...and i call her "The Girl with the SunSilk hair".. HAHAHA,even now,the smell is still present..YA RIGHT..

Second,DeeDee's Gig at Cineleisure on Saturday..i really wanna thank guys who sacrificed your sweat,muscles and blood to carry those big asses of yours to come for my gig..yeah,i'll name you people,Azzrul,Alep,Sharin,Syahirah,Nadz,Masliana,Izzianie,Bella,and shit i forgot some..AND ALSO THANKS ALOT FOR NOT SAYING "HI!" DURING THE "SAY HI TO ANDY!" PART..KNNBCCB..and for those who didnt make it,yeah i know u guys got some stuffs to do,plus the downpour just didnt ruined your day,but mine too..about the gig,LOTS OF SHIT HAPPENED HERE AND THERE..oh my fuck,i bet thats the worst gig lah..but spectators

sorry that i havent been blogging lately..my internet connection was cut off and even now im blogging in the library..such a downgrade isnt it?haha

well,im gonna update on the Fad Studio's gig that my band participated on 7 March as you can see on the poster on my previous post..

i have to say that the gig went very well..getting the "Most Entertaining Band" quote from the Organizers just made us wanting more and more..and so,we decided to participate in another gig at the same venue which is on the 27 March..view our myspace for more info..

Aziz fetched me from my home with his bike and thanks to him i wasnt late to be there..and its a good thing though cause on that very day,there was traffic jams and if i were in the bus,im sure to be late..

it was nerve wrecking at first,seeing the crowd all outside the studio and god knows how many butterflies and insects are there in my stomach...and thanks to those who came,Marvin and Co.,Anis and Iffah,and others...and i'll take this time to thank Sharin,he sacrifices 20 bucks for 2 tix to see the gig but in the end he cant make it due to some reasons..i tried to refund the amount for you bro but they wont let me..

okay you know what,the library's closing,so let's keep this short...

yeah yeah,long time no see..

Before the show start,there was a small gig and Plainsunset was up playing Girl On Queen Street..BUT SHITFUCK THEY DIDNT PERFORM IT ON THE LIVE SHOW..

Its just the Girl on Queen Street and it already drove the crowd so wild...

And when countdown reached 0 and its time to go Live,they were up again performing Johari Window..WOOHOO!

and the crowd sings "~You keep me waiting for you to get things right~"

And there goes the moshpit...AND I GOT TO BODYSURF ONCE..WOOHOO!

upon reaching there,WE WERE PERFECT ON TIME because PLAINSUNSET HAVENT GOT ON STAGE YET..gaaaaaaaahhh...this band kept me drooling man..and so we waited for them while enjoying to ASTRONINJA..hahaa,the coolest band i must say...the vocalist,Levan Ninja,went on stage eating cornflakes and while performing,tore the whole pack and threw it to the audience..hahaha..thats not all,they threw some balls and party poppers too..the way they talk is soooo rated man..i remembered he said,"Buy our album now and get a free condom and movie tickets to watch restricted movies"..HAHAH..and the best part was when they wanted to play their song called "Lucky Cucumber",he said,"i should not say this in public but,the song is called LKYCCB"..HAHAHA...i wonder how it will be if Lee Kuan Yew were to hear that..LOL

AND ATLAST,like they called it,The Mighty Plainsunset,were out and rockin...i was like praying and crossing fingers so that they will play Girl On Queen Street...but they only played River Song,Checking E-Mail and then Plain Sunset..so everyone was like putting on their sad faces and saying "One More Song!"...AND I CANT BELIEVE IT,YES,THEY CAME OUT AGAIN TO PLAY GIRL ON QUEEN STREET!!! hoolllllyy shhittt...i didnt wanna join the moshpit atfirst cause i was wearing my Fred Perry shoe but SINCE ITS GIRL ON QUEEN STREET,I JOINED MOSHING..holy fuck,its the best damn thing for a saturday man!!and everyone was like body surfing here and there and even the security needed to be activated..

woah,so much for a saturday..but one big mistake is,not bringing my camera along..we wanted to take a pic with Jonathan the leadsinger of Plainsunset but,pfffftt...and so,these few pics are credits to Azzrul..

and last but not least,
I'VE GOT TICKETS TO WATCH CHANNEL 5 LIVE N LOADED in the studio...and its on 10 February,episode 3 featuring Plainsunset..well they said there's a surprise appearance band but they said its secret..well *cross-fingers*,i hope its FALL OUT BOY..WOOOHOOOO..
